Ahead of a blockbuster top of the table clash between the NSW Swifts and West Coast Fever on Saturday evening, HER WAY spoke to Swifts coach Briony Akle and midcourter Verity Simmons on game day eve.

Simmons knows the Fever all too well, having won a championship with them in 2022.

Coach Akle’s team is undefeated, but are coming off a narrow win after trailing by as many as 10 goals late in the third quarter.
