Australia are through to Saturday night’s Asia-Pacific Lacrosse Championships gold medal match on the Sunshine Coast after a convincing 24-3 win over Chinese Taipei in the semi finals on Friday.
With their ticket for the World Championships next year already punched, tomorrow the team can secure the gold medal when they take on Japan in the decider at 6:30pm AEDT Saturday.
Friend of HER WAY Bec Lane was named MVP for the semi final win as Australia ran away with the game in the second half after a 10-2 lead at the main break.
