Aussie 20yr old Wins World Moguls Award
Charlotte Wilson has claimed an Australian-first honour on the Moguls World Tour.
Having just turned 20 years old last month, Charlotte Wilson has become the first Australian, man or woman, to be named World Mogul skiing’s Rookie of the Year.
It’s an incredible achievement given Australia’s success over the years in Moguls skiiing, with the likes of Britt Cox and Olympic champion Jakara Anthony over the past few years - the nation has also supplied some successful male mogul skiers.
Charlotte has had some excellent results in her first season on the World Cup tour, reaching the finals in five out of six events, including two super finals. Her best finish was 5th.
